1. As a customer do I have the option to open a credit account?

Yes. To have a credit account with us all you need to do is contact the nearest Choithram supermarket and obtain an account opening form, fill it in and submit.*

2. Can I order items on the phone and get them delivered?

Yes.* For more info you may contact the store nearest to you and get further details relevant to your location. 

3. Does the store arrange home deliveries?

Yes. A customer may shop leisurely at the store and leave without the products. The store will arrange for the items to be delivered to a given location.*

4. What are the modes of payment accepted?

All major credit cards & all major currencies are accepted.

5. What if I need to return any item(s) purchased?

You may return the purchased item to the store along with the original purchase receipt within 7 days after purchase.*

6. What if my favourite item is out of stock at the store?

Just notify the store manager who will be more than happy to oblige.  Choithram would either place an order or try to arrange it for you if applicable.

7. What value addition is done at the meat counter? Does the supermarket’s meat section prepare fresh meat?

All Choithram Supermarkets prepare a wide range of fresh marinated meat & fresh marinated poultry. Please visit the nearest store and check out the variety.
